CE has been formed with the intentions of helping Independent artist. Small businesses. And entrepreneurs by offering services that will help them to build their OWN solid foundation.

CHCP – The College of Health Care Professions is a Philadelphia-area university focused on helping students and future professionals build a strong foundation in health care. While rooted in the broader mission of practical career support, CHCP’s parent organization history traces back to Chaney Empire (CE), founded by Gary Chaney in Baltimore, Maryland. CE later became a limited liability company (LLC) in April 2012, established with the intention of helping independent artists, small businesses, and entrepreneurs strengthen their own solid foundation. In the spirit of that mission, CHCP brings an empowering, development-focused approach aimed at supporting individuals as they pursue meaningful work and long-term professional growth in the health care field.
